I don't know. I thought it might be the late 70s because of the clothing but you may be right..

Notched collars...I think those were butterfly collars but I'm not 100% sure about that...and feathered hair...that makes me think if the late 70s. If this was the 80s, it would have been made in the very early 80s because the styles changed so drastically in the 1980s. I wouldn't estimate this commercial to have been made any later than 1980 or 1981.
