So many places have nicer and nicer public baths so this can work for folks. I like having a bath for safety (if traveling alone) but man, look at their space!!! Love it. Nice job you guys.
ive seen a thousand remodel videos and this is the first one ive ever seen with a kitchen on the front side, this looks so awesome and super inspirational. amazing video :D
Great job. I LOVE your decision to open the space up, it's so airy and unique. I also like how you saved money where possible, nothing wrong with stained and sealed plywood.
I just had to stop by and say how flicking cool it is that you painted the propane bottle the same Winne stripes! So clean and crisp. Great job and holy crap what a helluva lot of work!!
I like what you have done with this trailer. I agree with your desire to not cut holes in the roof. No hole, no seam, and no leaks! I also like not having the ac on the roof for 2 reasons. It lowers roof height and clearance. Plus it flat out looks better. Another benefit is it drops the frontal area by between 1 and 2 square feet. That makes a difference for aerodynamic drag. I also like that you do not have a big space gobbled up for a bathroom.
You did a great job , and did it the way you wanted it done. I really like the gold touches and all the decorations you and your wife did. Have fun on all your camping trips to come.
You such a professional Job.you have every thing you need. You have a brand new home away from home! Wishing you and your wife many years of happy camping..Be Safe!!
You guy's have done a awesome job beautiful. Please not criticizing.....I would have kept the bath Room. Just that it's nice to have your own BR. Love the vintage Fridge..... I wish you both many happy safe Travel's Thank You For the awesome Tour!😊
Love it. I lived in a travel trailer for many years. Mine was a smidge bigger so had an open living room kitchen, with bath and bedroom in the back. Yours is so charming. After living in the prowler I really appreciate trailer remodels. Looks really fun. Reminds me of my youth in the 70s
Perfect great job and ideas. I would throw the cushion off that small bench and make that a table and storage thing there. As far as a toilet you can have an emergency bucket with toilet seat lol
Awesome. Wow. I'm so Impressed. I didn't understand about No wood Frame. I would have put a larger fridge and no stove burners. For stove I would have bought the small, portable 2 burner portable stove. Then it can be stored when not in use or traveling. Plus frees up Counter space too. Good Job. Nice videography too.
Bonnie j Hinton Thanks I appreciate it, and I agree with you we took it out for its maiden voyage a couple months ago for a long weekend and I could easily live in it… Very comfortable a lot of fun 👍🏼
it seems like you could have gotten a trailer and started from scratch and saved time and money. but it looks nice still taking it apart wasted time since you had to do everything brand new except the siding. ofc if all you wanted was the winnebago brand name i guess you got it! You did a great job its beautiful inside and out and looks super comfy. personally i'd have to have half that for a bathroom lol but i have medical issues but this is great for normal folks!
Fantastic. You were really blessed to be able to do this creative and practical project. This would be a mansion to many people in this world. I encourage you to keep rolling and get the solar done. You may need these alternative and diverse sources of power down the road. God bless you and thanks for sharing.
But you need a bathroom! Its a necessity. I can't believe they are taking showers in the sink with four people. Where are they going to the bathroom? I know the perfect place where they could have put a shower and a toilet inside and still be able to sleep 4.
@@MegKampen , I’ve been camping for 64 years and the bathroom, shower and toilet to me aren’t important. Storage is much more important so I have all the things at hand that I need to survive. I can use many other objects for a bathroom, and go to a gym for a shower. To each their own.
Your kitchen placement has given us inspiration! Now we just have to see if it can be done in ours. We inherited a 1976 Coachmen Cadet, 21 ft. Can't wait to get started! Thank you for sharing!!!
Great work, just put a folding table in the middle to become dining area, I especially like the idea that you can take a shower just outside of the kitchen.
I my self would definitely would have created a very small shower and cassette toilet sealed wet room and then you can use it anywhere you go as it is its just a large bedroom with a kitchen you have done a grand job on the large sink
Awesome job, We just picked up a 1977 travel trailer and have to do a hole rebuild. I think we can do it as we did a truck camper rebuild from the bones up. Thank you for sharing, you gave me some great ideas
This is a great opportunity for some big time promotion. I'm a Dad first of all and I have struggled but I have always kept my head up and my girls are a big part of that motivation. Not trying to use that you know lol but I also just got a strong will to never give up. I have learned many things on my path and those lessons made me who I am today. I have always been patient and I'm happy to see others succeed or recieve a sudden blessing even when they are a"good" person but they might not be doing nothing but sitting on they ass one day and up and win the damn lottery lol. But yea I use to think the things I wanted or the day I got lucky or made a change was up to me, but it's not. So I gave it to the universe as they say and we'll when you sprinkle that with a little patience things happen "mysteriously" so yea I came up on a retro camper through an ex. I'm a tattoo artist and I have many skills. I know I can do this myself but it sure would be great to have some experienced help. I have alot of followers and things like that and my backstory on why this means so much to me is a story many people can relate to.
What a magnificent boy!! You did a superb job. Any thoughts? Regrets? Dang, I hope you have an extraordinary time traveling in your vintage trailer. ENJOY!!
I absolutely love this!!! Such an inspiration!! I have an old camper I want to gut and remodel this one is by far my favorite!!! Wish me luck I’m a total rookie and will be winging it! Any suggestions are welcome!
Thanks it was my first as well! Just take it one step at a time one project at a time don’t get overwhelmed … try to get a decent game plan together before starting of what you’d like to end up with 👍🏼 good luck
