@@TheBirdThatKnowsWhatsGood what else do you expect from the 15000$ car you drive? Those 'old' cars you are talking about cost more than a hundred kidneys
@@whyiseverysinglehandletaken2 There are plenty of classic cars that you can get under 10k that are built 100x better than newer cars today. AKA every single car built in the 60s-80s.
not just for cars, some really nice skyscrapers and residental architecture came out of that era, og twin towers and the sears tower aswell as the shed style contemporary home trend
She's a real beauty mister.. 👍👍💪😎💯,,, My first car was a 1976 Mercury ..four-door gold color,,,,skirts and all...460 ci... I was pimpin with that ride at 18......lol..... I'm now 56...man I miss that car....
I remember my brother laying across the back window on top of the speaker panel. Can't do that in any car now. I member those days! Things were definitely better.
Some people might laugh and think this car is corny, but this stuff was golden. It almost brings a tear to my eye. The only thing missing was my Jheri Curl. My Ron Burgundy suit, and my cigarette.
Vids like these make me wish my grandmother kept her ‘88 fleetwood d’elegance. Rode like a damn cloud and solid like a tank. Modern cars can’t compete with that ride quality

I had forgotten about the sliding heater & a/c controls, and the pull out knobs for the lights. I now remember using them when I drove my grandparents' Buick and their Ford LTD. So many memories. Nowadays, a 16 year old kid who got in one would have no clue how to use most of the controls. Thanks for sharing this.
Bringing back the past. I owned a '72 Mercury Marquis 2dr. I called it my boat, it wad quite large. The interior was very nice and had all of the accoutrements as this Lincoln did, even the 8 track!!
@@GameFlames-gn6id I totally agree... I currently have a 2006 Renault Laguna 2 as a backup car and I managed to stall the engine by driving backwards. This car has an automatic transmission.
And the ride down the highway was just 🥰. Don't forget a regular tire in the trunk and room for luggage. These new piece of 🤬 can't compare to the older vehicle
yeah... keys didn't go dead, short out, catch fire, or have to "communicate", and they didn't cost $400 to replace did they? just pathetic what we've allowed to happen 😥
The good old days!!!❤❤❤❤❤ I have a rust free 1984 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz that I have owned for over 20 years that is currently getting a fresh paint job. Can't wait to get driving it again. Those vintage Lincolns and Cadillacs and many others are precious memories of the past. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
My first car was a 1971 continental. It had this beautiful baby blue paint that unfortunately had many bubbles and imperfections. Eventually it began rusting so bad that I was forced to sell it. But that land yacht drove like a dream.
