I fell in love with the blue and white when I was a teen-ager...Spode, chinoiserie, and toile especially. I was fortunate to have been able to live in France for 2.5 years, and it has influenced my life ever since! I love the look of autumn colors displayed with that gorgeous blue. I like to incorporate the blues into Christmas, too on a white flocked tree. Some might call me obsessed. 😅. I love that you seem to have joined the 'club'! PS. Now that I've seen your addition of the silver tray I will have to dig out mine. Thank you for all your inspiration!

Love the blue and white. My China is Blue Willow, from England. It’s been around for hundreds of years, and I saw it at Mount Vernon and found out it was Martha Washington’s China.

Oh my goodness it's beautiful, I'm in the same mind European and British christmases always seemed special, I'm a transplant from England 🇬🇧 and Christmas was magical occasional a trip to London to see the wonderful window displays all decked out in its Christmas wonderland. I lived in Germany 🇩🇪 for 3 1/2 years and that was magical too waiting for st Nickolas to fill my shoe with sweets outside the door. Your house and decor remind me so fondly of all that. You know what I like and look forward to -even more than your beautiful decorating when you go where we never think to-is your genuinely sweet heart. Your sweet heart always touches mine. Bless you Bev, for sharing everything you have, create and are. And my favorite dishes are blue and white Currier avd Ives. There's just something about the winter scenes with the little boys and girls. Keep them coming. I honestly don't know how you'll top last year's Christmas, but you will find a way! I have these very same pieces of Mackenzie Child,plus courtly teapot. They all sit on my 6 burner gas cooktop all the time. Love the warmth of the blue and white plates. I use to have walls filled w/ Flow blue plates,but, 7 years ago I boxed them all,and changed over to French decor. But, will never sell,I may again go back to them. Happy Thanksgiving 🍁🦃

I did blue and white for spring $ summer and Blk & white for fall & winter but you taught me I can blend them. I always did blue & silver but copper & golds look pretty good also. Who knew?? I've love the little plates behind. Also love fruits at Christmas 🎄

Your kitchen looks so beautiful! I'm a big Fan of Blue & White been so for many, many years. My kitchen is all blue & white with a bit of yellow. I add in lemons too with my blue & white...Have you seen Royal Check? Instead of black & white Courtly Check, it's blue & white check. I have a few pieces of Royal Check, the tea pot is my favorite so far...It's so lovely, looks great in my kitchen, it will look so beautiful in yours.
