Love, love, love it! Your projects are always so unique. And l love the artwork in it. A house for $75K, unheard of where I live. Hard to find a piece of vacant land for that price. And I don’t live in an expensive part of Canada.

Isn't this one from several years ago? Then a tornado swept through and damaged it after it was resold. I remember Erin promised they'd fix it/restore it. I wonder what became of it.

@kamiah bundy Ben & Erin's town is called Laurel, Mississippi, USA. I believe Ben operates a timber design and build business in town. Erin is a designer, and they met in college. They could see many streets and homes in Laurel were falling into disrepair as people moved away. Theirs is a heart-filled project to restore some of the old houses they know and love, and to bring new families and fresh blood into their community. (lol 😅 they say the mosquitoes are BIG in that part of the South.)
