@@Poever Frank had no confidence in doing voices for like 4 years. I forget where he said he started doing voices, maybe on an Ed Sullivan bit, but from '63 to '67 he just did puppetry and Jim or Jerry Juhl would do the voices.
Sigh. Too bad that The La Choy Dragon retired way before I was born. How great my 1970’s childhood would’ve been if he was still around at least up until May 16, 1990😔
Why didn’t “The Girl From Uncle” get as much love as Mod Squad, A-Team, or any of them? I’m 30 and I’ve heard of those. I actually watched a lot of All In The Family, Mash, Hogan’s Heroes, Andy Griffith, and I Love Lucy. Lucy, and AITF, we’re two of my favorites. Still love ‘em.
I assume "The Girl From U.N.C.L.E." was a spinoff of "The Man From U.N.C.L.E."? Also, I think this and Royal Crown Cola are the only commercial products Jim Henson did commercials for which are still widely available today.
Yes. "The Girl From U.N.C.L.E." (1966-67) was a spinoff of "The Man From U.N.C.L.E." (1964-68). "Girl" was a one-season bust, but it was nice seeing Delbert the LaChoy Dragon telling about LaChoy Chow Mein and his spots on the show.
Walmart also sells Community Coffee, Faygo is still produced , and a handful of Tastee-Freez locations are still around. But a lot of those products are either gone or were solely regional products.
yeah, even quick-cooking in dragon fire wouldn't save the crispy noodles from becoming mushy if they were included in the same can with the veggies-meat-sauce portion. Honestly this is a pretty gross product but I do recall eating it as a kid and usually enjoying... the first bite or two. after that it's just overpoweringly salty. and the canned vegetables aint much to write home about.

Haha..: Mascot for an Asian food (chow Mein) has a name which makes him sound like he’s a middle American farmer who has 10/11 who are relatively close in age to one another😉😂😂😂
