I absolutely LOVED my Poly Chorus...but I didn't have it long unfortunately. I didn't take the "overload" indicator seriously and completely fried the board. It was going to cost $200 to replace it (original cost of the pedal basically) which I couldn't afford. So I wound up with the Small Clone instead. Amazing as always, keep up the great work!
Aw dude I'm sorry to hear that 😩 That's the scary part of paying big bucks for vintage pedals, some of them are essentially ticking time bombs to failing due to age. Thank you so much for the continued support every week, I don't take it for granted! 🙏
Not to crowd, I remember buying the DS-1 and later D-S2 because of him and immediately realized something didn't sound right. Having not realized the entire set up to get the tone. I loved my GRUNGE pedal as well. Dude, your foot made me jump 😂
I love the sound of each of them! But I’ve gotta say the tone for Lithium is my favorite! I can’t wait for the comparison video between the 80’s, 90’s reissue, and 2016 reissue of the small clone!
radio friendly might be my favorite song nirvana ever put out. and the difference in sound from your stereo poly, to the echoflanger clone, to the real thing is immaculate. when i heard that effect i got chills. it sounds exactly the same. most of us will never have the money to drop on a vintage echoflanger like that, but im happy you got the change to play one to give us these amazing tone recreations. thankyou.

I always try to help. Love seeing you genuinely improve your tones EVERY time, I can really respect you correcting yourself and admitting you're wrong sometimes. Best I've ever been able to borrow was a Boss Super Chorus which got me hooked on them LOL, I'd so own a Small Clone if I wasn't hooked on that
I can't totally explain why, but a smile broke on my face as soon as you played the opening notes to Radio Friendly Unit Shifter. It was a little bit like I was finally at the Nirvana I've dreamed of attending since I was in high school. 😊

I literally have no idea how guitars works, distortion pedals, builds, mods, etc... I only like nirvana and yet this video is so interesting to watch that now i feel like i've been a guitar owner for like 20 years now even tho i've never touched one before. Great vid man!

Love your vids, I have moded my own mustang it was a squier competition mustang and I swapped the pickup to a Seymour Duncan jb so it’s like my own mustang inspired by Kurt but who’d never have done it if I didn’t watch you Chanel that’s all thank you
Eric you should do a video playing all In Utero riffs on the Epiphone-ET 270. The tone here is probably the best live tone you've ever recreated, in terms of accuracy.
Wow. Your pedalboard sounds like the original pedalboard to my ears. I have two of those pedals. The 80s Small Clone and 90s DS-2. I got them sometime when they first came out. . But sadly, I use the EHX Eddy instead of the EchoFlanger / PolyChorus as they are out of my price range. I subbed in the Joyo for the Tech21 SansAmp.
It's nice to see work with much care. Your work is really worth it, all the songs are the same as the original performances, it's almost as if we were watching the shows of the time in high definition. It's no exaggeration to say that you're one of the most committed Nirvana fans on the internet. I hope to be able to see your work for a long time.

A thing I've noticed about live versions of Francis Farmer, during the bridge one of them actually kicks in a flanger, it might be Pat's BF2 or the Polychorus.
a cool thing that you should do is make videos on how to play and recreate songs and the tone. you could show tabs and stuff. you could also show the wrong way people play it and the right way. i think that would be pretty cool and i’d watch those

Man, you need to get a mesa boogie studio pre amp, and a crest 4801 power amp, and a marshall cab with v30's and that's Kurt's live tone with those pedals.

It would be awesome seeing your recreation of the Pennyroyal Tea performances from 1991. Perfomances like O.K. Hotel in Seattle, Astoria Theatre (London), Cabaret Metro (Chicago), Opera House in Toronto. I really like the slower tempo in the song, gives a more intense feeling to it, I don't know.
