Going back into my archives of early 35mm B&W negatives, I came across some old motorcycle hill climb photos that were taken back in July 1965. The location was taken around the Allentown, PA area, right off Honeysuckle Rd.
It was around this time that most of my friends and myself bought small motorcycles such as Honda 50 super sports, Yamahas and Suzukis. One of my friends even bought an Allstate scooter.
We were having the time of our lives. Here are some photos, most of which were copied from B&W negatives.

Thank you for posting! This brought back memories of a few guys I hung out with in high school. There was long hill outside of town in a pasture that we'd go out and jump. We had the same level motorcycles like 80cc Suzuki's, Honda 50cc and even had a friend who owned and jumped a 125cc Puch Allstate hardtail. Wearing shorts, loafers and tee shirts jusgt like these photo's (amazingly no one was hurt)! Occasionally a couple of older fellas would show up on their Triumph Bonneville's and really get some air! Being a photographer now, I wish I had been snapping back then like you were.

Sounds like you and I had similar experiences while in high school. It was a great time.

Quite an assortment of machines, most vulnerable to bending the footrests if one came down too hard on them. This was the period I was beginning to be active in the sport, mostly Hondas also but here, the machine shown at 3:19 is a small Kawasaki, probably a 125, possibly rebranded as something else at the time. That particular architecture became the F1, a 175cc later on.
