Nice tutorial. I am curious how to drag and drop the image after "Edit Contents"? I can drag it on top and release, after opened copy/paste but no drag and drop.

Hold a alt key and click on layer mask. And if you do it right white background should appear and then you paste image on to it. I hope this is what you have asked.
