The snowman salt and pepper shakers at 9:02 are so cute. My family had the knee hugger elves and I know we had a deer similar to the little one on the far right at 3:10. It wasn't gold, though; I believe it was white. I love old Christmas decorations. Nice video.

Seeing this is so much easier and more pleasant than going up into te atic bringing down and unpacking. Your collection is so extensive and amazing. It's December 27 and you've got me wanting to go up and do maby just a box or two. For grandmas 80th we kept pluging in candles till ther were 80 lit. Thanks for the memories.

Watching & the precious memories just wash over me. I especially love the beaded ornaments & the deer. Two things came to mind as I watching....hoping maybe to see, were a little Santa brooch from probably the sixties or seventies. You pull a string and it lights up. Seems everyone had one back in the day. Yet I never see one anymore. Also the little pair of mittens that clip on with a flat hair clip. All the church ladies made & wore them back in the day. Very beautiful collection. My favorites are the lucite poinsettia and holly bouquets. I will be on the lookout to buy if ever I find while out thrifting. My area (Flint, Michigan) has not been that fruitful for items so I think I may need to travel to more affluent areas. Our population has decreased dramatically with the shut-down of GM plants in the last few decades. I would guess that better donations would be found where there are higher income households.
