This video was shot at the Paradise Lane level crossing in Lancaster, PA
This crossing use to have all RACO equipment, just like Cherry Hill Road, but the railroad decided to upgrade the crossing early this year to what you see now, but they tired to keep the crossing looking old, bucking for 8 inch lights instead of new big lights.
Crossing Info:
Signal #1: 2 pairs of WC Hayes 8 inch LED lights, a WC Hayes mechanical bell and a WC Hayes gate mechanism
Signal #2: 2 pairs of WC Hayes 8 inch LED lights, and a WC Hayes gate mechanism
