9:55 I assume you already know about them, but if you don't: an oscillating tool will do this kind of thing EASY. I HATE the vibration they transmit to my hand, so for lengthy jobs I wear a heavy leather glove and wrap the tool with scraps of pipe covers using electrical tape to hold it in place (a trick I learned when my mother found her leafblower numbed her hand). Anyway, this is exactly where I would use a tool like that, myself. If I could tolerate it for that long.
