Well done. Many people in metropolitan areas would not realise the levels of skills a modern farmer need to master if he, or she is going to have any chance of being successful at farming, and off-cause, there are also the vaguaries of the weather to contend with, plus the issue of fluctuating prices for produce, and dealing with potential pests and diseases of plants and livestock, and at times bothersome bureaucracies to deal with as well.! Good thing there still are skillful hardworking farmers to supply most of our daily food requirements.!
Good job Dan you always look after your tractors I have put new clutch kit washed backend out of tvo new diff bearings I am going through my we tractor there great to work on 🚜👌
I love seeing your tractor maintenance videos Dan, especially on the classics. Make me feel like I should look at getting a 35 when I am in market for another tractor.
Good little job done dan, didn’t take too long & has prevented a potentially much bigger job or breakdown! Just looking straight at the dynamo bracket there on the first camera angle and just wondering how it’s held on as the two bolts that screw into the timing cover look to be missing ?
Great video Dan, I think you need to invest in a role bar, just thinking of you that's all, even if you're ground is flat I've rolled a tractor and trust me it's fucking scary!!
Very enjoyable video, you cant beat a pair of Stilsons wedged against a lower link arm. Be careful with comments about 60 yr old nuts, some of us are sensitive !! A well place right boot always aids hitching on an implement. looking forward to the drilling video.
🤔So why no 550??🤣🤣🤦♂. I do enjoy the simplicity of the old girls, it never a few week job, just half hour ones. Can’t wait to see her out putting seed in 😊
YOU cant beat the old type oil bath air filters When MF changed to dry air filters a neighbour wrecked his new MF135 by not keeping his air filter clean I should ad he farmed very sandy soil the sand got in the bores and acted as sand paper
Good video do you know what other wheel rims will fit on my 3600 Ford tractor as I've been looking on eBay and I wondered what other ones will fit it thanks Danny
Hi Dan, what did you spray into the glass bowl when you cleaned it out? I noticed you didn't put stabiliser on when you put the Stanhay drill on the tractor. Don't you use them?
That engine does not sound right to me Dan . Sounds like one of its inlet valves is not seating .Maybe not enough valve clearance . By the look of the non standard dynamo bracket it was probably fitted with an alternator at some stage of its life .
