I think the hand held wick thing might be a kind of blow torch. That tube would lead me to believe that. The little red vise looks like a knock off of a Panavise. I agree with George on the hammer/hook tool for horse shoeing. The Stanley bevel gauge will look good cleaned up. George

Tony, Those crow's feet are very useful especially for hard to reach areas. Love the little hand vise was there a makers mark? , the hammer with a hook is for horses and pretty cool. Nice finds some really unique stuff.
