A rusty pair of pliers are restored in this video, from being a vintage tool which had seen better days this adjustable pair of pliers gets a whole new face lift in the true Restore and Make kind of way. From all the surface marks being taken care of with thorough sanding through the grades of wet and dry paper to having the pivot bolt and nut blued by heating over a naked flame and quenched in canola oil. Finally the polished handles get 3 coats of Plasti-Dip to form nice new red rubber handles.
