Dear Paula this vinyasa flow is still one of my favourite routines you gave us! I think it’s the wild thing ❤ I’m not sure I’ve come across it in your other videos
LOVE THIS !!! Bookmarking for many happy returns. Thank you, Paula! At one point, you said we were going to speed things up and I wasn’t there yet, so I slowed down playback speed to .75 and that helped me continue forward without feeling rushed or left behind. When we moved back down to the floor, I returned to normal speed and it worked out perfectly thank you!!
Thank you so much! This was the perfect body flow for the middle of my work day! I'm working from home now and was able to walk across the hall into my beautiful yoga room and enjoy this! Thank you! You have a beautiful calming voice thank you so much namaste
Thank you so much. It's amazing how detailed you explain.I learn so many details like "lifting the lower ribcage up towards the back body" while doing a plank:-)
lovey voice and nice sequence. What mic system do you use? Are you doing the sequences? I ask because you do voice over and not queing while demonstrating?
Can you kindly do a vigorous complete flow faster pace, that gets everything in. I have one that I do, ( been doing for 6 mo)but I need a fresh routine from someone else. Also that doesn't hold poses for too long. I love your calm voice. Thanks so much'n
It would be nice to have a modified option for guys who are unable to cross their legs and knees over each other like we did at the end of this video. Thanks.
You could try elevating your hips with a blanket or bolster and see if that helps or just work in a simple cross legged position rather than stacking one leg on top of the other. I hope that helps - and will keep these modifications in mind when I'm making future practices. Thanks for watching :)
