Fantastic pick ups! I have an original issue of that Cult album. It is amazing. After watching your video, will look into that Dead or Alive triple cd. Im a big fan of Sisters of Mercy. Really enjoyed learning about the other artists too. Thanks.

Loved The Cranes release. Mine was pretty badly warped but my store didn’t have another copy so I kept it and used the vinyl flat on it and it’s just fine now. I’m keeping that thick book outside the jacket as I think that is the culprit. I looked into the Factory band you showed but very hard to find the vinyl in the US. Will have to be patient with that one. May pick up the Cult tomorrow if my store has one. Going in for Slowdive mainly. Good monthly recap as always Bret.

Hi James. Good to hear the Vinyl Flat worked on the Cranes LP. Sarah tracked down the Swamp Children album - totally hard to find, but she got it for a good price and it's a great addition to the collection. The cover art looks like it would be a local Arizona band!

Hey Bret! Magna invocatio is such a rad take. I remember doing a deep dive into killing joke’s catalogue around the time I saw them for the first and only time. They opened for Tool during the fear inoculum tour. Always thought ceremony was kind of an underrated cult record. Hopefully I can get my hands on a copy. I picked up spooky and split reissues by Lush. Pumpkins album ranking would be cool. I’d love to hear your thoughts on their catalogue. Personally I’ still haven’t listened to the whole of ATUM yet.

Hey Yas, so exciting to finally have reissues of those Lush albums - long overdue. Hopefully Ceremony won't be too hard to track down - they reissued Sonic Temple the same day, if you don't already have that one. ATUM is a huge undertaking - 8 sides / 33 songs! :)

those early dead or alive stuff sounds a bit like Bauhaus or The Sound. Love that Cult album, especially Eath Mofo which is Billy Duffy's best ever playing, especially on the solo as far as I concerned., What happened to the Smashing Pumpkins? I've heard some of that new album and it is really bland like that Zwan rubbish he did . Sounds like erasure in places. They have a brilliant drummer in Jimmy Chamberlain and use a drum machine? Corgan is a fantasic guitar player but doesn't use it enough and I hate the production. I loved the 90s output and they can do synth based albums as I loved Adore but Corgan has long run out of ideas
