Got one today, I bought de ionized battery top up water. I cleaned about 5 records and I chipped the edge of them for some reason where it created a jagged bump on the edge plastic. I do not know what caused this and if to continue using the product. The water to buy for this machine is also quite expensive considering I discarded the water after 5 records cleaned as the damage concern. I used a sand paper to remove the chip on the edges
