I used to have a House of Love CD, but it has disappeared. Toronto:; that was popular album. Streetheart played my high school, but it was before I was in high school. All night, over and over again!

I only have one James Gang album but Joe Walsh was one of the most underrated songwriters of the 70’s. I look forward to these Friday episodes every week. Another entertaining peek into your awesome collection!

It was great to hear Charlie Rich to lead things off. I love his Sun and early Smash recordings. I don't remember much about The House Of Love although I do have the song "Holy River" on a compilation. Cream had three straight killers. Great VCLT. Adele to .... infinity.

Charlie Rich sounds good man, as does the sound of you cracking that cold one open! My first reaction to first 3 albums was The Verve... followed by The Beatles, Nirvana, The Smiths, Bush... New riders - i'll have to check them out. I've just opened my first 'Bishops finger' 5.4 strong ale. Cheers!

Dwight Yoakam did a great cover of that Dim Lights, Thick Smoke. Too bad radio doesn’t play anything off those real early Steve Miller albums. Ol' Charlie Rich was a Wildman! Tom Waits toured with him when he was just starting out his career and always had really nice things to say about him. You should put that Adele record into your rotation. It's very good!

I tried to get into Riders album, maybe my problem was I’m not a big Grateful Dead band. That must be my problem. My nickname was Lil Fanimal college- F**king animal- came from the Cross Country team. I decided to not use that an have to explain it lol
