Sirs, you are very supportive. You give us a feeling that we are belonging to a group of people just like us. Facing similar problems. This video you'll have created is very very helpful. I can only suggest two things. First is, if anyone has any doubt while treating a patient, please take advice or verify your course of action with at least two senior doctors. That will give you confidence and all will be fine. Second, if any patient dies, please tell the family that you are not God but instruments of God to heal people. It was God's time to take the person away from them. You all have done your best. Tell them to imagine how they would feel if they were in your place. Yes people who can't afford we must give them concessions but people who can afford, must be told that we have spent our time, energy and resources to help the person to recover. That time tell that we are not God but instruments of God... Then ask them humbly to please understand the situation and pay the bills. I have always helped people thinking that God will give me back someday. And really I always get what I need.Friends, may you all be protected and blessed abundantly for serving mankind.
I tend to have a different view. This introspection gives the impression that violence against doctors is occurring because we are not "good" doctors. This is unfortunate perception. If all steps to prevent violence have to be targeted at doctors so that they improve their knowledge or skills then we may as well add the popular perceptions that doctors are greedy so should not charge. Problems like violence against doctors in India has socio political reasons and if we do not identify the reasons we will not be able to prevent or mitigate violence
