No not exactly it's actually a 30 frame for a second cell phone and the reason it looks like that is because the refresh rate closely matches the frequency of the music so the camera is refreshing as the music is hitting and it causes the wave due to the difference in frequency

Awesome video! I love it when cameras do this. For anyone curious, the phone camera frame rate is only partially matching the vibrations of the car window, door, mirror etc. This is causing a stroboscopic effect and giving the illiusion of slowly vibrating/waving car parts. Science! 🤘🏻🔊
Can you explain this for me , I'm in Australia and I stopped at a petrol station food stop which had a MacDonalds and me and daughter were satting in the car eating a bacon and egg , I had seen a military vehicle so I parked in front of it to take a photo but capture video instead, when I got home and looked at the video the whole footage was wavy like water

I am pretty sure that the visual wavy effect is a design flaw of cameras. It reminds me about when people used to film airplane engines with iPhone back in the day.
