Honestly this anime taught me how words are very important and can express someone’s feelings so well if put together and it just makes me wonder like wow words are so powerful and hi currently crying after seeing major and violet together

I cry listening to this and reading the lyrics. It just touches me, love is always there, even if you cannot see it, cannot touch it, but I know it's by your side.

Knowing that these words are those that she wrote when thinking about her feelings for the major, made my heart burst into tears 😭💕

I cried watching this especially when I remembered that episode of a dying mother writing future letters for her daughter 😭

watching Violet Evergarden was so life-changing for me, especially the special episode. it gave me the courage to finally memorialize my late mom’s facebook account after almost 2 years since her passing, i had a hard time memorializing it as i treat it as my “another step” on accepting the fact that my mom’s never going to come home again. but Violet Evergarden taught me that there is beauty in accepting painful truths as it somehow takes off some burden that was hidden deep in my heart; as if something inside me was set free. thank you so much KyoAni for this masterpiece! 🖤

I just watched the special yesterday. Iike I didn't even know there's a special if I haven't typed in violet evergarden on netflix 😂 I cried silently almost midninght not wanting my family to know I'm bawling my eyes out.

i felt like i was violet throughout the series and the movie, i cried when irma sang this, i cried whenever there were scenes with gilbert and violet together.

This anime taught me about the importance of words and feelings. To be honest I have really low EQ and I don't understand why other people cry something that has nothing to cry or so. And whenever I speak I never hold back anything. I may not understand why they hurt by my words but I know they are sad or hurt by my words. After watching Violet Evergarden, I try to understand words and feelings of other people. My family told me I changed very much and they think life changed me to become today me. The intro music is enough to heal and move us.. this anime will forever be a masterpiece..
