VIP Experience At Universal Studios Hollywood 2022 | Walking On The Studio Tour Was Incredible! 

My wife and I did the VIP Experience while on our Honeymoon last year and it was definitely a cool experience. We went during Labor Day weekend and it was PACKED! Our tour started at 9am and we did the backlot first thing then our tour guide took us on a few rides before lunch. We were a little bummed that we didn't get to see the prop shop or walk around the Jaws area, but we still had a great time. After lunch we had a medical emergency and had to break off from our tour, but the Universal staff was amazing and provided us free transportation to the hospital. Later that evening we got a call from Universal and they gave us an extra day with Express pass to unlimited front of the line rides and shows to make up for the missed afternoon experience. Universal staff went above and beyond for us, they were amazing.

I love the backlots!! I’ve been to about 4 tapings of THE VOICE over the past few years and I love being part of the back lots and getting to see all the busy productions going on. I was there last summer for the first blind audition taping and I was one of the very rare few to interact and speak with Ariana Grande 🥹 my queen.

With all the changes Universal has done, I can't believe they still have the Water World Show. Ya think they would find an updated show for that space.

So I am thinking on getting the VIP experience this July, and I know at the end of the video u talked about being able to ride all the rides. But I'm not clear on. Once the VIP experience is over, do u get to keep getting in front of the lines multiple times for like Jurassic world?

I did this a few years ago. Walking around the prop warehouse and walking the superstore set were the highlights! We didn’t get to walk around the jaws area though, that was a great addition. Great video! Looked like a great day.

Cool vid of the V.I.P tour ..there are OBV parts you may or may not get to see on the tour due to filming as happened with the courthouse BUT i was wondering if you got to go down elm street ? its the turn off just before the chicken ranch house and colonial street sometimes the vip tours visit that as the vip tour buses are the only ones that can get down the street and come back up it as its a dead end now (reg tour trams cant go down as to long and cant turn around) BUT it is a heavely use set apparently so if you do a vip tour and get to visit that your one of a rare few ! Also a part of the back lot that is not on ANY TOUR is the leave it to beaver house! after you have been to the war of the worlds set and turn right going past the falls lake blue screen lake on your way to the fast and furious attraction .....if you carried on going stright on instead of turning right that would take you to the leave it to beaver house and a few other unused set! i dont know why they dont include it on the vip tour as there is plenty of room to turn round there as you will see from google maps!
