Sir I happened to see your video I have done 10 days vipasana course it has changed the prespective of my life which has never happened before and whatever you have said is absolutely right vipasana has made me realise the ultimate goal of human life that it is our attachments to wordly objects which give pain

बहुत हि अछि बात है आपने विपश्यना को समजने कि कोशिष् की. आपने इस बात केलीये प्रयास भि किया , इस प्रयास को देखकते हुए अच्छा लागा सर, आप उसके बारेमे जानकार प्रभावित हुए, और जाना कि यहि मार्ग साहिमे सभिके लिये कल्याणकारी मार्ग है. सच्चा धर्म(इंसानियतका, संप्रदाय मी बाटनेवाला नाही)का मार्ग है, और जैसे ये मुझे मिला है, ठीक वैसे हि औरो को भी मिले सब का मंगल हो, ये भाव जागृत हुआ., जाहिरसी बत है,और होनाभी यही चाहीये,और यही धर्म है. तो इस भाव को देखकर जो आपके भी मन मे उत्पन्न होआ, ऊसे जान कर, आपका ये विडिओ देखकर बडा आनंद मुझे मिला. और आगेभि बना राहे.अपने उसका अभ्यास किया देखीयें विपश्यना अपने स्वयं आपके अनुभव के स्तरर पे आपने असे मेहसुस किया,अस क्रिया को समझा, असे औरो तक पाहुचाने केलिये आपने इस विडिओ के माध्यम को चुन के इसे जारी किया. इस बात के लिये आपका अभिनंदन 💐करता हु. उसका अभ्यास हम,आप सभी को हमेशा करना चाहीये, ताकी जीवन हि अनुभव से सिखने का दुसरा नाम है. अगर मे गलत नाही हु तो. मनुष्य जीवन भर विद्यार्थीही होता है और होना भी चाहीये. अच्ची बाते, गन, अच्छे संस्कार समाजने जानने के लिये हमे हमेशा प्रयत्नशील होना चाहीये. इस अभ्यास को दिन मे जैसे आपको,हम स्बको वक्त मिले तो रोज करना चाहोये, शिबिर का आयोजन काटे हुए, स्वयं भी इसे बार बार कारना चाहीये, ताकी हमे जो नये अच्छे संसकार मिले है उस्का हं जतन करसंके, उनका(संकस्कारोको से) अपने साथसाथ औरो के जीवन मे सदुपयोग हो, बीना किसि को हानी पाहुचाये हमेशा बने रहे. इस अभ्यास को अगर हमे आनेवाली नई पिढी ताक उसे जैसे है वैसेही पाहुचाना होगा उसे मिश्रित नाही होना चाहीये. आपने इस अछि बात को समाजाने लिये जो उदाहरण के तौर पे जीन जीन के नमो का उल्लेख किया ऊन नमो का इसमे, मुझे नाही लागता कि जरुरत थी. गौतम बुद्ध के विचार, इस विद्या जिसका नाम विपश्यना है, मुझे नाही लागत के इससे अच्छा कोई माध्यम पेहले राहा होगा, ना किसिने धुंडा होगा, अगर किसिने धुंडा होगा तो उसने उसे अपने ताक हि सीमित रखा, या अपने सांप्रदाय ताक हि सीमित रखा. ये विद्या हमे एकता,आदर सिखाती है,उसकी किसेके साथ तुलना नाही हो सक्ती. इसे जैसे है वैसे हि उसे अगली पिढी ताक पाहुचाना हमारे लिये एक जिम्मेदारी का काम होगा और होना चाहीये. मानव कल्याण का ये मार्ग, उसके जतन केलीये संघांयन तो होते रहे है आगे भि होंगे. गौतम बुद्ध के इस विपश्यना नो नमन,💐 शयाद मेरे इस बात से किसी को बुरा लगा होगा तो क्षमस्व. एक सदरण सा विपशी साधक.

If you pick or walk any 1 route (Bhakti yoga, Gyan yoga, Raj yoga or Zen yoga) on road of self realisation throughout life with 100 percentage of faith and passion, then surely we all can achieve self realisation. 100 percent Faith, passion and patience if one implement then surely this life will be fruitful.

As a part of my spiritual journey..i came across vipassana Fundamental thing in vipassana is to have निर्झरा of our so called karmas...& surprisingly it's like getting mango riped before time with the chemical called carbide..!which is unhealthy..even enlightened being has to face karma fal..so its impossible to have nirjara of our so called karma just by watching breath and sensation..on body.. Its mental gymnastics only..!!
