Currently my workplace is focusing on my inner engineering and working on myself. After Covid 2, i left my high profiled job as money was no longer the driving factor for me, neither my creativity or innovation or title. There was feeling of emptiness,hollowness & lack of purpose which crept in. I went to lot a of religious places to find the answers which were bothering my peace and harmony however no religion was able to solve my inner battles. That's when I was about to leave for Rishikesh for an advance yoga camp, one of my friends guided me to Vipassana Shivir. All my questions got answered and purpose of my existence was in front of me. The Journey to fight the inner demons was the toughest challenge I have ever taken,but, with proper guidance, gratitude & regular practice have experienced peace and harmony like never before. Now it's not anymore working as VP Operations but focusing on inner peace, being aware of our actions which multiply our sankharas and the art of remaining equonimous.
Lot of pain inside me... they have become sankharas... this session taught me where to start to allow to let go.. it always starts with you. Sadhu sadhu
I have done my 10 days course just few days ago I have some doubts in my mind which can't concentrate to do it I have some questions hope you can help me with it While doing vipassana when the thoughts come in my mind so I should have to see that thoughts or straight away do it anapan? And secondly when we going to head to feet to feel sensation when some free flow sensation which is perfect fine but when i can't feel anything in some parts should i have to stay there for while? Because some times I stuck on same place for last 40 to 50 mins and I am getting depressed.
During mediation your focus should be on sensation,if thought arises and you realise that you were meditating than get back to your awareness on sensation If you no sensation at any part ,stay there for 2-3 mins and move next Just stay calm! With metta
I been to Izatpuri centre. In our day to day life keep your Sunday or the weekly Holiday as Vipasana Day. It rejuvenate yourself and full of energy rebuilt. More silence is more energy. Focusing without questioning let it go. You are undisturbed and silent observer. Focusing yourself.

Focus on your breathing. And if you think while meditating, You can't think of anything, That's wrong completely. Your subconscious mind opens it when you meditate. So yes you can allow thoughts sometimes positive sometimes negative also. They come and go, Don't mess with them. At least try to put positive thoughts into it , that's it. Don't take load. And still, When you think it's going beyond your comfort zone then again comeback to just focusing on breathing.
There is a good advice I can see but still if you feel need chat with someone then contact assistant teachers they are available on WhatsApp chat. All you need is to book time with them. Hope this help. Metta🙏
Don't search for sensation. Just know the breath. If you can't concentrate. Just accept you can't concentrate at this moment. Keep accepting the truth. Without getting disappointed. And stat focus again on breath. Still can't concentrate just don't worry. Smile. And start again. Keep smiling and breathing... Metta...
