The teens are all drawn smaller relative to adults in the show. Superman is drawn bigger than most adults, so it really makes him look huge in comparison to Static

Hell, he's from Kansas. Superman remains humble because he knows that apart from his powers, he's not better than anyone else. Which, ironically, does make him the best person.

Like, in STAS, he'd occasionally have full colored eyes, mostly in close-up scenes. But yeah, he normally just has the black dot eyes.

I wouldn't see myself being like Lex Luthor who absolutely refuses that someone with godlike abilities can act like a human and not abuse their powers. Yet for some reason accepts that Magic, Aliens and alternative universes exist. Now if we are going like Man of Steel context where Wonder Woman never shows up in WW2 or the 80's, Batman doesn't exist, Flash never appears, etc and Zod appearing and attacking Earth and claims that their is someone who rivals him in power hiding among us? I would freak the fuck out and wonder what else is different? Have the government been hiding this? are their more Aliens out there that are this powerful? how will we have a chance of beating them?.

Superman's been open and honest about who he is since very early on in his hero career in the DCAU. His real name is "Kal-El", and he's an alien from a dead world called "Krypton". Why would anyone, even a smart guy like Richie, suspect that Superman would bother living like regular humans by posing as some Kansas farm boy-turned-Metropolitan journalist?

I've always preferred without the white areas in his eyes. It's typically how I envision superman in general.

static shock is actually on hbo max along with most of cartoon networks great originals

@@wickedchild8501 it's not the same though. The kids would just binge-watch them and be done with it before they consume another show. They wouldn't have everything connected over a period of years to be sewed into their childhood. Like it or not, we will be the only generation that will have that growing up.

They more than likely did since it’s stated in the Justice League Unlimited Episode “The Once and Future Thing Part 2” that Static was part of the Justice League in the future and in “Future Shock” Terry says he’s one of the greatest heroes. Superman had to have met Static if they’re both in the league and both active.

@@devinbrown6650 Superman changes the height of his spine, speaks in a higher register, is clumsier, stutters and less confident as Clark. The glasses are sometimes infused with stuff but most of the time not.

They previously said that they were just comic book characters early on in the series, probably to help the show's much more grounded nature. They simply retconned that knowledge out when they actually shoved Static into the DCAU itself. It's technically a plot hole, yes, but it's not that drastic. If they kept that, they'd have probably had to try to say Static's world is the "real" world, which...well, the "real" world is already a concept in the grander DC Universe as being beyond the Source Wall, so it doesn't work. Hilariously enough, if that's the case, *Static himself* would be the way bigger plot hole in this crossover.

Superman doesn't use X-Ray Vision unless he feels it's necessary. Static wasn't a threat like Batman was to Superman when they met.

This is still George Newbern. Newbern voiced Supes in all his post-STAS appearances except Batman Beyond

If I recall there was sort of a copyright issue that stopped any show from having Wonder Woman or any associated characters show up unless they were apart of the main cast. It’s why she didn’t show up in The Batman series or why Wonder Girl was limited to cameos in Teen Titans
