I got planned A330 900 NEO flight on Virgin to Tampa this year. So can't wait. In last 2 years flown on their B787-9 to Los Angeles return from Las Vegas in 22. And last year flew in to JFK on A350-1000 and return from Orlando. Couldn't have asked for anything more

The A330 NEO is an awesome aircraft. I love the twin seating arrangement. B787 sucks by comparison. Choose your aircraft type with Virgin, it makes a big difference in comfort.

Agree. The double seat is fantastic and makes a difference against the 3 seats. It was a pleasure to fly on the 330neo for sure.

Flown VA for more than 20 years. Alway great service, and ample food and entertainment options.

You might also try etihad'S brand new 787s with a new interior. You can fly it on routes like mumbai,munich, Washington

I was lucky to fly the virgin 747 out of Gatwick 3 times to Orlando absolutely loved it,nervous flyer but they did their best to help.we flew in the bubble

were they strict with the checked baggage weight. How was the customer service? Virgin Atlantic is a great carrier

Hi Duane. The weight of my suitcase was less than the maximum allowed for the Economy which is 50lbs (23kg) so I can't say how strict they were, BUT I what can say is that the customer service at the airport was fantastic! They had a lot of staff in the check-in area willing to help passengers. Take care!
