Booking a reduced-view room is cheaper than other room types. There was literally a lifeboat outside the balcony in the first room, before we got moved. They count that as 'obstructed'. Note: if you book that room type, you may get a room with an even more limited view. I did a cruise after this one with Princess and I could barely see out the window.

I’m pretty sure the video shows the door number. Otherwise I don’t know off the top of my head (it was more than a year ago!)

Hi Gary - yes, it’s free. I think you can pay for a faster version but we found the included version was fine for all social media, email etc
