Virginia DMV Commissioner Gerald Lackey Speak In Covington (9_14_24) 

Virginia Commissioner of the Dept. of Motor Vehicles, Gerald Lackey, spoke at the special car show held in Covington on Sat., Sept. 14, 2014 which promoted vehicle and passenger safety as well consumer information at the former Mallow Mallow Mall. The car show raised hundreds of dollars for the Virginia Make A Wish Foundation.
