Virtua Fighter 3 On The Vocal OST Mirage of Beyond (Theme of Pai) 

Yes, this is the legendary Mitsuyoshi. Main composer for virtua fighter 2 & 3, Daytona and shenmue. He composed shenmue's main theme for instance many other tracks on shenmue 1, 2 and the upcoming shenmue 3. Also he sang Burning Rangers main theme and various Victory Goal main themes.

I know this voice. Takenobu Mitsuyoshi is the man. He also composed and sung for Daytona USA.

Cool, but "Oh My Shinin' Star" sounds more fitting to Pai Chan LOL

The singer is male because he's the composer of the Virtua Fighter soundtracks ;)
