@@kl3940 For me the pro's for this job is that you pay less for the VA and you get more as the Investor, when it comes to setting expectations I can say I'm a very detail and result oriented person so as much as possible I want every instruction to be clear, highly organized, fewer complaints and more work. Con's if you stop communicating with your VA they might end up ending the contract, cause let's be honest it's not easy to work for the whole system and you manage everything. So that's why as much as possible try to communicate, engage, give them feedback about their work, appreciate their hard work and stuff. VA is the best when you get to know them first before going on board

Mikey To Success how do you get to know a VA without hiring them first? Where do you suggest I hire them from, temp agency, website-which one...etc.

What tasks did you assign for your first one?

Michael Ray I’m having her build my cash investor list by calling them and getting their criteria for homes they like to purchase, profit margins, preferred areas etc! That way I will have a list of investors that are qualified and I can send them deals.
