Looking at the SpO2 in 4:23 i would immediately give the patient a non rebreather mask. 6:02 what should be done is a needle aspiration or a meedle decompression in the 2nd intercostal space. If it was very traumatic a chest tube would be inserted.

This was done completely wrong. In terms of a Pneumothorax, a needle decompression is used to relieve oxygen in the chest cavity that is leaking through the hole made in the lungs. By putting him on oxygen, you are allowing the chest cavity to refill with oxygen which puts strain on the heart which can lead to cardiac arrest.
