And this argument Ranjan, is good also when buying freehold houses - I stick to the principal that :- "Dirt can be cleaned, decor can be changed. It's WALLS that are the problem - if the layout is wrong, why go to the trouble of knocking down walls when you can look at the (extensive) market and find something else which is 'right' ?"
