Hello, I have a question about authenticating documents. I'm living in the U.S. now. I have all of my documents notarized. I see from the list at 2:00:21 that I would also need to get my university degree authenticated and my TEFL certificate authenticated, too. Can I just come in on a tourist visa and get them authenticated in Vietnam? There is a channeler agency that will do it in The U.S., but they want $280.00 USD per document. So for both documents, that would be over 13,000,000 VND. Perhaps I don't need my criminal background check authenticated, but if I did, it would be a total of 19,500,000. Please tell me that there is a cheaper way. Thank you
