I really appreciate this! I have a question though, for activities such as the building one, how does it work virtually with clients? Do you share your screen and let them guide your building? I want to make sure my clients are able to do the activities but I can also see them

I will start with screen share. Some of the interventions will be be shown on my end, some they can access on their end through sharing a link in the teletherapy chat, and some are interactive, where we both can enter the game on the same website with a unique game link - it depends on the website/app capabilities. The building one, for example, is one that I would send to the client and ask that they screen share if they are able. There is also the ability to send a Google Slides link. I recommend making a copy of your playroom slideshow for the duration of the session to avoid the possibility of anyone with the link accessing the room at any time.
