Those runs were the first that I filmed so that I could reminisce as well. Personally, it annoys me when I watch videos and have no idea what I’m looking at. The arrows are my way of demonstrating i treadmill run. If you enjoyed Hawaii you might enjoy running the costal clifftop path to Bondi Beach. 60min on a hot Australian summers day

Hi, glad to have you back again! It’s actually surprising how many people comment that they use the videos for that reason. One of my daughters friends has them on in the background while studying; evidently the rhythm of the steps helps her focus.

Mexico City is a long way from Australia but we both know Hawaii is a beautiful place. When I watch videos myself i like to know where i am headed (arrows) and what I am looking at. I appreciate the arrows. I have a wall mounted tv in front of my treadmill which I extend out closer to my face, it can get pretty immersive and at times unexpected turns can throw me a little off balance.
Hi Cap’n, thanks for reaching out. I hope you enjoyed the 60 minutes and both locations combined. The arrows are new. Were you happy with their size and time on screen? I thought they got the point across without needing text and closed captions; both of which get ad nauseam while training. For my next project I’m going to play with the Diamond Head video and remove the switch backs and see what it’s like
@@TreadmillPack Yes, they were clearly visible. I got the point of them after the second one, as I believe the first one came right before a picture of the view and I thought the arrow was pointing that out.
