Virtual Siege Engine Combat Robotics? 

There's this really cool lil community in the depths of the internet that uses Besiege (a game about making lil siege engines) to do combat robotics.
This match is from the currently ongoing Besiege Bots Middleweight Mayhem tournament. Group stages just about finished up and neither of these robots made it into the single elimination bracket.
