Only Bay Area prices make Toronto or Vancouver in Canada look like bargains to buy a house in lately, especially if you convert the exchange rate.

Nicely resto/renovated however why on earth didn't the Seller and/or whomever did the work put the washer & dryer in the former one car garage which is now the gym?! Absolutely no storage on either side of those appliances in the hall is a clear negative and their not even concealed. Also, while the kitchen looks new it is neither eye-catching or even slightly roomy.....another big negative. But, it's Cali-crazy.....it'll probably sell for 2.2.

Yes, a lot of your comments have valid points, but it also says a lot about what you don't know. Specifically, the home was designed by Eichler.. and those homes and the development in which they exist have restriction.. And while some have been able to be updated to a level fitting for current modern living, they are done so with extreme care and based on the owner's ability to pay the costs. I can only say that this owner's attention to detail is lacking..
