Virtual Treadmill 30 minute walk / run around beautiful Lake Hollingsworth, Lakeland, FL filmed in 4K Ultra HD.
You can use this video on an indoor treadmill or stationary bike using your phone or tablet. Makes the treadmill walk /bike ride more interesting.
I have used music similar to footsteps walking and you can sync your step to the beat to have a great walk /run. Alternatively, you can use your own music to sync with the walk. Also you can increase the video speed to match your walking/running speed.

thumbs up for you, I was just walking around this lake over the Holiday break (2020) several times over about a week and I absolutely love Lakeland, FL I grew up there and got my first apartment there. It has changed quite alot since then.

Hey, Thanks for watching and your comments. Yes, it is roughly about halfway around the lake. First I wanted to keep it about 30 minutes and mainly that was what I could walk lol. Hope you watched my other video on Lake Hollingsworth where I drove around the whole lake. That maybe could be used for bike simulation. I have another walking video around Lake Sonata (in a gated community) that could be a great video to use for simulation. Thanks again
