Whats up RU-vid! I got a new look for the 370z that I wanna share with you guys! I hope this video helps you guys who are on the edge of getting the VIS AMS CF Hood! I go over how to install it and some issues you may or may not run into if your picking one up! Enjoy the video fam!

i’ve heard your windshield wiper fluid nozzles don’t fit on this hood, which is kinda keeping me from buying it, is there anything i can do?

you can use dremel and make your own slits for it, or you can delte the whole thing all together that's what I ended up doing because I never use it

I want to get this hood but people keep Saying it needs hood pins even vis says it in their description. Have you had any issues without hood pins I personally don’t like them . Do you think they are required

for the 370z u don't need it, has like 3 latches holding it. the 350z only has one in the middle that's more sketch. I've had no issues and I've had some spirited driving for sure with no trouble. just make sure u adjust it right and make sure it latches when u close it .

it in essence just captures the water and makes it pour out to the side. keep in mind tho it does limit how much heat escapes.

I used to in the beginning, but not anymore, there's 3 latches holding it so its pretty secure. on my 350z it only had one. the 370z holds have 3, so it's safe in my opinion. just make sure u adjust it to get it as close as u can

water won't really get inside while driving. you need to have alot of water going in there to mess things up

Do the front vents line up where the front of the stock intakes would be?

not necessarily, they are close but the stock intakes are covered by the airbox that goes by the core support.

this is a VIS hood you can get it from any of their vendors. I bought this off a Z buddy who got it from SocalZ
