I went to the interview they approved of my visa and the status went to admistrative processing after days it went back to ready why? I already took the interview why is the status saying ready for interview instead of issued

I was refused under 221g on 11 June and my passport was taken together with my sponsorship letter. For three weeks I check and it remained refused with last updated date as 11 June. I just checked and last updated date is 8 July and it’s still refused. Is that it? I mean I haven’t received any email or call from the embassy. What does this mean please?

If you do not receive your passport and visa within 10 working days, please contact the embassy or consulate where you submitted your application. Our case is showing "Ready" for k1 visa. My Fiancé did the interview 11/27 and was given the 221g. He completed the medical on 12/6. We submitted the 221g document on 12/11. Its been 2 weeks now and we have not received the visa. How long will it take now to issue visa?

l went for my no immigrant visa lR1 went well, they only asked a few questions and approved my visa. I handed over my passport and didn't receive any in return. When I check the system it says my process was "REFUSED". Do you guys know why the system is saying this ? Thank you everyone

Hi I went for visa interview one month back and they given me 221g and told your visa is administrative processing, once it’s done you will receive an email for submit the passport in Dropbox. But my visa status still refused what should I do..
My husband was approved for a cr1 visa and was told to pick up his passport with visa within 10 business days. We checked the visa status checker after the interview, and the status was Administrative Processing for 2 days and then it was changed to Ready. Hello! We already received the interview appointment letter , the principal applicant and all the derivatives are included in the list. But when I checked the visa status check CEAC portal there are only two listed there. What should I do?
The other 3 derivatives that were not listed in the ceac visa status check already aged out. But as I’ve calculate , they are still eligible under the CSPA. . We received the interview letter from NVC on January 1 then the ceac portal visa status check updated and Only 2 case number were there and tagged as “READY” . That’s where I am confused. In the interview date we’re all there but in the tracker of visa status we’re incomplete. Should we follow the nvc interview date letter and be complete during the interview? Since that’s what the NVC appointment letter provided?

my k1 finance visa is refused three times with different dates. I don't know what should i do. my finance already summited the passport and birth certificate they asked about. do know any idea about this issue.

Hello, I checked and my wife’s application says “Ready,” but she already did the interview. The interview went well and she was approved. No refusal or administrative process was said to her. She was told, “your visa is approved.” It has been two weeks now no passport back. I emailed the embassy and I was told the visa application is on administrative process. I’m confused. She was told approved and was never asked for any extra documents or administrative process. The only thing I’m thinking and please let me know if I’m wrong. My 2022 tax transcript was not uploaded on the day of the interview due to technical difficulties. She gave them the 2022 tax transcript and they make a copy. After the interview I tried uploading it again and it was successfully submitted. Could that be the reason? When is the right wait times before I get a lawyer!?
This is equally my case right now. Had my interview 3 weeks ago and was given 221 g afterwards. I submitted the additional docs the embassy needed 2 days after my interview but until now my case still shows ready. They keep updating it to 'READY' every single time. Please should we be worried?

@@rajkumartamang279it took overall 30 days to get my visa in hand from the date of refused. If you can let me know for what reason you got 221g I can suggest something or can get more clarity.

Hi Sir, I got 221G form to submit additional marriage photos for dependent VISA, and I submitted pics immediately and when I check my VISA status on CEAC website after 2 days by case number it shows it shows "Approved". And below it also mentions that "However, a final screening step must still be completed prior to issuance that could lead a consular officer to conclude that you are not eligible for a visa. If that occurs, the consular officer will notify you that your application has been denied and your status will change to "Refused". Can you please guide me here

We had our interview and our cases we put under 221g and they asked us to send some documents and return back our passports since March up till date we haven't heard from the embassy but they have updated our cases twice and when i wrote the embassy they told me our visas numbers are not yet available what does that mean?
At the interview they said my visa b1/b2was approved but when I went through to the app it says refused what I have to do because they have my passport now
