@@hayatorpg3896 That was the first time. He got released again because WWE told him to lose some weight because they didn't want to be held responsible for his health and he refused.
This was also Nelson's BEST entrance theme music in my honest opinion. It fit his dark Viscera character PERFECTLY...!!! Truly a haunting and intimidating peace of music.
It was his BEST entrance theme music. And as others have stated in this post the WWE should re-cycle this. And use it for one of there current wrestlers. It's just to damn haunting and foreboding not to. Excellent piece of music and we can ALL thank Jim Johnston for that. As he is the sole person who has created MANY of the WWE wrestlers themes past and present.
After Undertaker's ministry of darkness collapsed Viscera aka (King Mabel, Big Daddy V) is still creepy. Definitely carried that ministry feeling whenever he entered the ring along with his long black cape.
I thought of Viscera /along with Mideon/ after the Corporate Ministry dissolved as the wrestling version of the Imperial Remnant from the Star Wars Expanded Universe novels. The big bad Ministry of Darkness/Corporate Ministry which was the wrestling version of the Empire collapsed but remnants of it still existed for a while afterwards.
This version of Viscera was the best. He truly scared me as a kid which easily makes this his best gimmick. This dark character was so fitting and perfect for him and it truly made him the scariest monster in the ring every time no matter who he faced! R.I.P. King Mabel / Viscera / Big Daddy V!
Imagine every form of Nelson Frasier throughout his year's, every gimmick with each theme, chasing you throughout the halls of resident evil. You would encounter a different gimmick and theme Everytime. Each with their own special abilities. One when he was at his heaviest at 568 pounds and king Mabel. MOB theme. With staff and crown. He'll use to swing at you with. Next, you hear the hard Bass, and it's big vis with that chill beat. With trippy psychodelic colors, and slow motion he'll use to slow you down and confuse you. The next, this theme, which sounds very mortal kombat-ish. Quicker moving, and more aggressive. After, Worlds largest love machine, and he'll try to get you with the visagra finisher. More passive, but more violating. And then, OH MY GAWD, and it's his last gimmick with the company. Busting through the walls. Just walking at you. Suspenders an all. Just a mass of a man filling up the halls. Extremely aggressive. At one point, all of them are on you at once, and all you'll see and hear is a mash up of every theme, and see every form charging you. Fucking leg drops and body splashes an shit from across the hall.
Also, the background music would be the original Men on a Mission Nelson rapping threateningly and warning the player about each version of him as you encounter it.
viscera used to wrestle in the wwf- wwe 1993 -1996 1998- 2000 2004 -2008 his first ring name was mabel and he win the king of the ring 1995 and 1 time world tag team championship and wwe hardcore champion
6'8 and nearly 500lbs of a man mountain was Nelson Frazier. A HIGHLY underrated and under utilized wrestler in my honest opinion. RIP BIG MAN if i had been promoting you i would have pushed you MUCH MUCH further.
Nelson Frazier in my humble opinion. Is one of THE BEST big men at 6'9 and nearly 500lbs to ever grace the squared circle. How many big men at his size can pull of a spinning wheel kick...!!! Sure he could throw his weight around and get the job done that way against his opponents VERY easily. However, when you throw in the "agility factor" he had it makes him ALL the more formidable. He should have been "pushed" FAR more then he was and i blame Vince for that. Because he never truly saw how good of a wrestler he was for a man his size doing the insane moves he did in the ring. I also had the great pleasure of meeting and talking with Nelson for quite a while at an indy event i was doing ticket sales for. As i've not only been a fan of this business for the past 30yrs. I also have been a part of it in some way, shape, or form. And honestly folks he was a HUGE teddy bear of a man who TRULY and GENUINELY appreciated his fans. And most importantly there input on him, his gimmick, and the business as a whole. He had shed A LOT of weight like George Gray aka One Man Gang had done. And was truly looking forward to getting back into the WWE again. As we all know tragically that didn't happen and i was in tears when i learned of his death. We lost this man WAY WAY to soon as he had shed the weight for one last run in the WWE. And this time they were planning on pushing him QUITE far. Which i was really looking forward to seeing. Nelson all i can say is THANK YOU for the GREAT memories you gave me. I've followed your career since the very beginning of your debut in the mid-south territories. And i knew right away back then how much of a monster and impact you were going to have in this business. You may be gone my friend but NEVER forgotten...!!! I truly pray that your at peace now big man. And again i can't stress this enough. THANK YOU for ALL the memories...!!!
What rock are you living under? Viscera was pushed like nobody’s business in the early 90s. Do you not remember King Mabel? Then they found out he tends to injure most people they put him up against. He almost paralyzed Kevin Nash and put many others on the shelf. They viewed him as an unreliable worker so they pushed him down the card. I don’t care how good you look or how well you can work, if you’re injuring people and taking food off of their family’s plates and taking big names off TV then I wouldn’t want you at the top of my company
king lord They even at one point spell his name on the titantron vid the way unsolved mysteries used to roll onto the screen Hello, I’m Robert Stack and this is a large man who shouldn’t do leg drops
Sure he could and he did MANY MANY times...!!! Nelson was 6'9 close to the 500lbs mark. He gave Paul Wight a run for his money when they squared off. So Glenn Jacobs was rather easy for Nelson to overcome.
Viscera was awesome a true legend he was a big man but he definitely kicked butt in that ring viscera was an awesome wrestler i saw lots of his matches even when he was big daddy v he will never be forgotten good awesome wrestler
I wish this theme song would be recycled... It would go perfectly with some of the NXT stars, like Finn Balor and his new gimmick with the body paint...
The chord progressions in this music is both haunting and equally impressive. It sort of embodies a dark twisted demented spirit trapped in a world of normalcy longing to return to it's eternal hell scape.
Granted it can be said he was pretty scarying looking in those days, wwe always screwed the man over and made him job, when he a good wrestler a good gimmick and a good prospect for world champion threats and title holders, he did have the look. but those times they wanted turds like, the sock, double h, reeve mustin and so forth as chumpions
Years before as Mabel he got a monster push in 1995 winning king of the ring and challenged Diesel for the title but he was believed to be reckless in the ring so they never went through with giving him the title.
