Inline sorting line for the supply of 3 filling-lines with sorted empties (sorting of crates with 20/24/11 pockets at the same time).
As general contractor, vision-tec could optimally bring its core competence for inspection systems and sorting robots in the sorting facility.
The patent sorting robot is capable of sorting crates with different pockets at the same time. So 3 types of crates for 3 filling lines can be sorted at the same time in the erdinger brewery.

Krass was da alles an Fremdleergut ankommt. Wundert mich dass die Brauerei solche Kästen überhaupt annimmt

Was ist alles mit "Sortenreinheit" gemeint? Glasfarbe, Glas-Form, Label/Getränk, Deckeltyp?

Hallo Lars, bitte entschuldige die späte Antwort! Aber ja, genau das ist gemeint - und noch viel mehr (z.B. Flaschenhöhe, Individualflaschenerkennung). Letztlich muss sichergestellt werden, dass in dem Kasten ausschließlich die Flaschensorte drin ist, die die Erdinger für die Abfüllung nutzen wollen. @@visiontecgmbh was musst eig. der Abfüller machen? Sorry für die dumme Frage aber ich will demnächst mein Job wechseln und will mir da schon bisschen wissen dazugewinnen

For those with a command of English. This is washing and refilling of used, but still intact and unchipped, bottles, and not the manufacture of new bottles.

You're right about that. The video shows an inline sorting system for supplying 3 filling lines with unmixed empties (simultaneous sorting of 20-, 24- and 11-bottle crates).
