I wrote a paper in a college English class about setting up a mall like this in Flint, with hotel rooms overlooking the ski hill, a wedding venue, a public kitchen where various service groups could rotate through to serve fundraiser meals, and an Amtrak auto train that would bring visitors right into the mall. It was kind of a fantasy idea, but I'd love to visit this mall!

I think he might be referring to Sandy's Bronco Blaster as that hasn't opened yet. Not sure where they'd find the space to add another coaster unless it was really compact

Not really .. MOA has more retail, hotels etc., no paid parking, no paid entrance fees to ride, no taxes on clothes etc. MOA makes most of it's money off retail (which isn't going anywhere) not entertainment. MOA is still an annual multi-billion dollar business and has been for over 20 years. Their formula works fine. I'd like to see where American Dream is next year.

@@protegee2 no taxes on clothes in jersey, hotels are just any hotels in the NYC metropolitan area, parking is only paid on event days
