I get what you mean about the ground balls. I’m not the best player on my team, but I set my high school’s record for ground balls just from freshman and sophomore year. Now I’m a captain as a junior. Paul speaks the truth 🙌🏼🙌🏼

If you don't have whole foods (which I think isn't needed) but want something on the go, waba grill/flame broiler have healthy food that is fast to get. That's what I did during a summer of lifeguarding, and going pool to pool. I can find real foods, that aren't processed at albertsons, stator bros, ralphs, and even winco. Just have to look harder. Eating healthy doesn't have to cost a fortune like people think. My meals I prep for lunches and 2 dinners, is about 1.50 per bowl. And that's being generous. Its prolly closer to 1.22 or something.

Its true about ground balls. I was not the most talented lacrosse player but hustled after loose balls and worked hard. I ended up playing intermediate A1 box lacrosse while a lot more talented players than myself left the sport.

What do you do if your not fast enough?

I wanna play lacrosse, I’m fast and athletic but I’ve never even touched a lacrosse stick and next year I’m going into my senior year of high school. I’ve only ever played football. Even though I’ve never played I really feel like I’m going to be dedicated. I’m 6’1” 200 pounds. Do any of you think I could even think about making it into a college team in a year and a half?
