सब कुछ है यहाँ सिवाए अपने संबंधियों बच्चों बेटा बहु नाती पोते रिश्तेदारों के अतिरिक्त, वो भी उम्र के आखिरी पड़ाव में, ये नया भारत नहीं विदेशी कल्चर है जिसे भारत की समृद्धि के नाम पर प्रोमोट किया जा रहा है। ऐसे अथाह पैसे वाले यही जीवन दुनिया में अन्य खूबसूरत द्वीपों पर बनी ऐशगाहों में भी बिता सकते हैं। लेकिन वहां जाकर रहना किसी के मम्मी पापा पसंद नहीं करेंगे क्योंकि वहां गुमनामी है। अपनी रसूख दिखाने के लिए भारत ही तो एकमात्र जगह है। खैर, यहां आने वाले सभी के माता पिताओं को बहुत बहुत शुभकामनाएं।

Hello dear, you're absolutely right but with the growing time we've to change our mind set, I am 56 yrs old person, doing job at very less salary and uncertainty of Job, have so much experience but still not getting a proper job but I don't want to depend on anyone, everyone has it's on space, so we've to change now, please don't misunderstand me. Last year I had discussed with my friends that lets combine to develop such a centre for seniors stay in uttrakhand, on affordable rates, or cooperative model, but things r at idea stage only till now

Amenities can't equalize the love and honour that parents expect from their children to have in their old age. The bond of love between the children and the parents is essential for both of them. They shouldn't be deprived of the immense treasure of love.

Flaws : Chairs in the entertainment room are not suitable for senior citizens It's such a small room that all the different musical instruments cannot be played by different people at the same time Gym too claustrophobic Utility shop is narrow , not wheel chair accessible Ironical that bar is bigger and grander than entertainment room Library doesn't have comfortable seating according to age Kitchen? Clinic? Health care? Travel and trips? The most important thing the ROOMS? NOT IMPRESSED

It's quite surprising rather painful that u are not forwarded the full address of your property nor p.m. charges for permanent stay , is very much in question. Please forward the full information about the said " 5 star old age home " at earliest to avoid the confusion. U only high lighting the publicity/ marketing part , which no good as per bylaws.

The Moot point of living in these 5 Star old age home is the cost involved which they never put out.I had experience of enquiring cost involved in similar old age home and their standard reply was Pl come and feel the inner peace.You can't go to five star hotel and eat the menu stating to them i came to feel the inner ambievience.

सुमितजी ऐसी दुआ मत कीजिए कि भारत के हर शहर में ऐसी जगह हो ! ये भारत का कल्चर नहीं है । ये ऐसा देश है जहां मजबूरीमें लोग कुछ तकलीफें झेल कर भी अपने बच्चों के साथ अपने पोते पोतीयों के साथ रहना पसंद करते हैं ।ईसे जिवन की सफलता मानते हैं । ईसे हरे भरे फूलों वाले पेड जैसा मानते हैं । जो व्यक्ति अंतिम समयमें ऐसा हराभरा कुटुम्ब पीछे छोड जाता है वह बडा ही भाग्यशाली माना जाता है । अपने अंतिम समय में जिंदगी आझादी के साथ अपने हिसाब से जिने के लिए अपने परिवार को छोडकर अपनी मौज के लिए ऐसी जगहों पर चले जाना यहां की संस्क्रृति नहीं । क्रृपया अपनी दुआ पश्चिम के देशों के लिए ही रहने दीजिए । ये संस्कृती पशु पक्षियों की है मानवजात के लिए नहीं ।

व्यावहारिक हो कर सोचना पड़ेगा,हमने बच्चों की कंडिशनिंग ही ऐसी नही की कि वोह बड़ों का आदर करे,उनको आराम की वस्तुएँ पहले उपलब्ध करवाए,फिर जब हम बड़े होते हैं तो हमारे साथ वही होता है जो हमने अपने बड़ों के साथ किया,अब अगर बच्चों में श्रधा नही है तो तिरस्कार झेल कर रहने के बजाए कोई विकल्प मिल जाए तो इतना बुरा भी नही है

This is NOT A OLD AGE HOME THIS IS SENIOR LIVING SOCIETY ANTARA FLATS ARE VERY COSTLY. senior have to buy flat of around 5 to 6 crore, after that a monthly maintenance fee of more than 50,000 rupees is to be paid. So, please share full details always.

FYI : such senior citizen homes r CMG up..there is a good one in Igatpuri, in Pune too It is a blessing for parents where children r abroad . Their care is taken . Sir, this is not not an old age home. I inquired on their customer care number after watching your video. I was told , it is a Housing Society in which a flat has to be purchased. It is not an old age home in traditional sense. Nevertheless l admire your description.

The concept of 5-star old age homes is completely out of place and even nonsensical in India because it doesn't address any problem and merely presents one more avenue for rich to spend money. Man power is so cheap that rich can easily create a team of servants in the comfort of their homes. What we need in India is a plan to address the looming crisis of ageing populations in the middle and low income groups. Like always, the goverment is addressing the problem by not acknowledging it, and letting the private sector make whatever money they can out of people's insecurities.
