I was playing around with the exploration mode in Assassin's Creed Origins a while ago and stumbled across this bathhouse in the greek colony/city of Cyrene. I absolutely fell in love with the entire place and already recorded more backgrounds than I can count 🤭
Btw I pronounced the city name Cyrene differently simply because I really don't like the english pronouciation of it, I hope you understand 😅

@@saymyname2417 Yayyy, thank you so much, that's so sweet of you to ask 😊 I actually don't want to put ads on my videos, however, sadly RU-vid can now puts ads on any video of any creator, that's the case on some of my videos too and I can't disable that nor do I get money from those ads 😅 I did consider creating a PayPal Link though, in case some people would wanna donate 👉🏻👈🏻

@@AenAniASMR - You SHOULD monetize your videos! Because you put a lot of work into them and because YT is putting ads on them ANYWAY and many can't be clicked off. So we have to watch them whether we choose to or not. So, monetize them RIGHT NOW! And yes, a Patreon or PayPal would be good, too. Install them 😊👍🏼 ! Congrats again!

Love Cyrene in AC Origins. It's a shame we also get to see only a small portion of the glorious city of Rome. Assassin's Creed needs a game actually based in Rome as a Roman. Example: An elite legionary during the year of 4 emperor's. You get to put Vespasian in power. Assassinating emperor's at the same time.

omg you HAVE to playAssassins Creed Odessey you would love it!! it's the assassins creed game released after this one, it's set in ancient greece and in the expansion games you can go to elysium and the underworld and meet persephone and posidon and hades!! it's so good i've literally played the whole thing like three times

Just a few notes on the gladiators. There was no Amphitheatre in the city at this time, the normal theatre was probably used for gladiatorial combat as that was very common in the eastern parts of the empire. Sadly the vast majority of the gladiators were slaves and prisoners of war that had been sold at the market. Not inlcuding animals in the games you hosted was also a fast way to get booed by the crowd.

Yes, you're absolutely right. However, this video is a roleplay set in the world of the video game 'Assassin's Creed Origins', in which the developers chose to change some things (like adding an amphitheatre) to improve the game design and make some quests work better. This video is not supposed to be historically accurate, it's supposed to be true to the game version of Cyrene~ ^^
