VISITING A HARVEST FESTIVAL IN THE COTSWOLDS & CHARMING ENGLISH TOWNS & VILLAGES// Joerg and I headed to the beautiful Cotswolds on a weekend to visit the beautiful Country Brocante House & Garden Show at Daylesford Farm. We had amazing weather and saw a lot of things that gave us some inspiration and ideas for our home. We also loved the Daylesford Farm Shop.
We stayed at the Pub 'Horse & Groom' in Moreton- in-Marsh and whenever we are there, we're of course exploring the most beautiful English villages in the Cotswolds. Hope you enjoy.x

I am now "addicted" to Kirsten and Joerg Vlogs!! You two are so lovely and we seem to share a lot of loves--antiques, wall coverings, knobs, paint colors, and good food. What a lovely vlog! Kirsten mentioned having their parents with them. We lived in England for a time many years ago, and it was lovely to explore the Lake District, Derbyshire, and our home in Brocton with them. They have both now passed away, but I always cherish those times with them❤

Absolutely, we do enjoy it immensely. We found a solution to plan things we love ourselves and share great places with the community. But making and editing videos is a full time job, wouldn't want to change my job for the world though.

It really is, thank you! Face masks are no longer mandatory but we always wear them inside and when going shopping. As numbers are quite high here, we are quite sure masks will be coming back.

Thankyou for the outing, we are still in so many lockdowns here in Australia, we are on a farm so lucky to have the space, but also socially isolated, so too see crowds of people is wonderful but scary, it has too happen we all need to come to terms with living with covid while also trying too keep safe. Bueno soy mexicana y aquí hay mucha variedad de distintos platillos, variedad de fruta desde la más común hasta la mas exótica. También se ve el clima que siempre llueve acá en México 🇲🇽 podemos tener en un día los 4 climas, pero la mayor parte hace calorcito y siempre hay sol. I really enjoyed your video. Thank you very much. I wish they had lovely harvest festivals here in Miami, USA. I absolutely loved the fabrics, china, mirrors and just walking around seeing all these beautiful things in a perfect weather setting. One thing a friend of mine taught me and i am doing it now. When i enjoy a store or a harvest festival like this, i buy something, at least one thing to say "thank you" for the pleasure it gave me, to support the sellers and to keep it going because I want these physical stores to continue, year after year, to keep on bringing me enjoyment.

Because the videos of your travels are so special to me I don’t always watch them immediately. Sometimes, I DO savor the anticipation and wait a few days until I can resist no more. The thought struck me watching Joerg, how he has blossomed over the period he’s become so much more involved in the filming. His warmth shows thru, as I’m sure you yourself have noticed. So I felt the second part of the video was lovely and more available to film scenes. I like how you just accept limitations when filming is made hard by the environment. You just adjust well and move on. You were better off at the quieter Italian Restaurant, the peaceful church, in the village, and around the cottages. I am glad you and your husband did not buy overpriced items. And that you emphasis commonsense not to hoard. You have just as good a time, and so do we, when you just browse, and wait for what you really want to buy. You have more money to visit the wonderful quaint places you do and have experiences rather than buy many things. You are a lovely couple who enjoy being together, that's the best part! Wishes for your continued adventures, I love them all!

Thank you for taking us along. I don't get out much these days...we are just coming out of a Summer of high tourist/covid-19 activity and smokey air from hundreds of wildfires burning in our province, so this was a wonderful treat. I miss getting out and about, antiquing and thrifting. Though I could honestly say, seeing Matthew MacFadyen in real life would have made the whole trip worthwhile! 😍 Take care...see you soon.

That was a fabulous video. We spent our honeymoon in Bourton on the Water and went to Daylesford for breakfast, dippy eggs and toast soldiers 😋. It’s a lovely place and looks so big now! We must go again. I liked that teddy with the grumpy expression, he was definitely a character. Thanks as always for sharing your wonderful experiences. We just got home after spending a week in Wales and a couple of days in Derbyshire. It was so nice but sadly our trip was cut short because we were struggling to get diesel. However, it’s good to be home and we can now start planning our next trip. It so interesting comparing the architecture in the Cotswolds to Derbyshire, both are very beautiful.
