Per Wikipedia - The single entrance is flanked by four colossal, 20 m (66 ft) statues, each representing Ramesses II seated on a throne and wearing the double crown of Upper and Lower. So all figures are Ramesses II.

As for the speed of the Internet, Egypt is the 30th in the world and this is an advanced center. As for injustice, I do not know what you are talking about Do you think that Egypt is really like Turkey

Back in my University days, one of my Professors was an Egyptologist and archeologist , who had worked on the Abu Simbel project. He also mentioned that so many temples and other important sites are now under Lake Nasser, as they had so little time to save anything. Abu Simbel was given priority. Awesome site!!

Lake Nasser adds to the beauty of the place making it otherworldly and unique. Should be on everyone's bucket list.

The 4 sculptures at the entrance of the temple are all of Ramses. (Not all tour guides are perfectly reliable in their information.) They each have the double crown of lower and upper Egypt. They also all have the 2 cartouches of Ramses. There are smaller sculptures at the feet of his wife, mother and some of his children. The gods are inside the temple. The most impressive ones are the ones in the naos, the small room at the back of the temple, the holy of holies where sunlight appears on (only) 2 important dates. The people inscribed are not just people in his kingdom bowing to him, they are bound captives from the wars he fought.

Abu Simbel is one of the most incredible places I have ever been to...even behind the scenes...the hi-tech interior of the artificial mountain we were lucky enough to be allowed into was like something from a James Bond movie. Btw. all four colossal statues represent Rameses 2 ..... the statue of him with 3 gods is the one inside at the very back of the temple.
