SOMEONE REPORTED THIS VIDEO TO BE REMOVED. RU-vid TOOK IT DOWN, I APPEAL THE DECISION ALL BECAUSE I STUPIDLY FILMED THOSE PHOTOS THAT SOME SICKO HAD HELF. I said youtube that my video is less offensive than the people who upload mayhem DAWN OF THE BLACK HEARTS on RU-vid and those videos do feture his suicide photo.
I'm not sure why anyone would report this harmless video. You're showing respect to two legends from Mayhem. Thank you for the video as a Mayhem for 35 years now, I enjoyed it. 👍
I appreciate watering the flowers :) I think the photo of his body left by fans is quite inappropiate, but still it's great so many people remember him and visit his grave. I'd like to go there someday too

im from canada, i think one day i'd like to go see him too, sit and talk with his grave for a few hours, bring some gifts, give him the appreciation and love he deserved in life. makes me sad some people would go out of their way to visit him and put those photos on his resting place.

Thank you very much for the video. Norway is indeed a heaven on Earth. Being a Black Metal fan, I'll definitely visit it at one point in my life. And Dead's grave would be the first place I'd go to, he lived a sad life and was betrayed by his own people who never bothered helping him. Respect to the man who gave birth to Black Metal, and respect to you for this pleasant video.
Thank You Chinmay. For the record Dead is buried South of Stockhiolm in Sweden while euronymous is buried in a town called SKI (Pronounced SHEE) south from Oslo.
Overland Metalhead Thank you for the unique information regarding Dead's grave, I'll keep in mind. However, I really don't appreciate anything about Euronymous except his skill on the guitar. So visiting his grave would probably not happen.

i THINK THE RAIN would have deystroyed and washed them away by now. After i watched a doco on Necrobutcher (and met him) I too would have removed those pictures.
Thanks for this vid man, really helpful for those who want to visit his resting place. I just visited Euronymous' grave quite recently, still Dead and Quorthon to go.
I think it would probably take you under 2 hours of travel to get from Deads grave to Quorthons grave. I used to live a 50 minute walk from Quorthons grave
I am glad that I got to visit Dead when I lived in Stockholm. Although some idiot on findagrave said he was buried at the same cemetery as Greta Garbo.
And lets not forget Venom from Newcaslte UK, Mercyful Fate/King Diamond from Denmark, Hellhammer/Celtic frost from Switzerland, and the first recordings from Sodom, Kreator, Destruction plus the one and only QUORTHON from Stockholm

I was born in Australia ad I left a 20 cent Australian coin at the gave of Maralyn Monroe. I think a Bulgarian fan of Mayhem went to his grave and left something from his country to honor dead.

Nice video. It feels like we're there too and thank you for this. Though the 'hail satan' chanting wasn't necessary, as Dead and his music wasn't appreciated only by satanists etc. Art should be never categorized. My opinion only. Thank again. Norway is a nice place. Cheers.
I felt obliged to say HAIL SATAN at the tombs of Dead, Quorthon and Euronymus. They not have been hardcore Satansits like Glenn Benton but thats what the music is all about,

I'm so excited but I will say if I see the bootleg pictures there I will remove them as I find it awful people even think of putting them there
Nah man, You just need a cheap flight between your country and Spain and then a return flight between Spian and Stockholm on Ryanair or Wizzair. Just wait until Covid19 dies down and the Schengen borders reopen to people outside of Europe.

I had to briefly skip through this so I apologise if you mentioned it but, how did you get there is there a train or something that travels through to österhaninge? Or did you just walk, drive ect planning a trip to Sweden soon!! Great video btw

You might like to keep this link in your bookmarks www.overlandmetalhead.com/how-to-visit-dead-from-mayhem-grave.html I took a train from my house in Farsta to Västerhaninge and from Västerhaninge I took an 845 bus that dropped me off outside a big Lutheran Church. It was abit of a walk from the Lutheran Church to the cemetery. The 845 bus coming back to Vasterhaninge only leaves every 2 hours. So I walked all the way back to Västerhaninge station

Your country is amazing and cheap. I have been there many times and I'm glad Bulgaria has stuck with the lev. Would like to go back there and see Dio statue in Bulgaria

I thought Vargs Killing Euronymus was a horrific crime. It was a neo Nazi murdering a Communist. Even though both Vargs and Euronymus burnt churches together in Oslo, they hated each other. Necrobutcher never forgave Euroymus for takings those photos of dead.
Well Sweden does have a few things that the United States of America doesn't have. Healthcare, Higher wages, Higher taxes etc. I can't understand why a Swede would want to live in the U.S.A unless of course its Hollywood acting.

I've never listen to Burzum at all. Apart from Vargs killing Euronymus, he also sent a mail bomb to the frontman of Salem in Israel. Israeli police said to the frontman of Salem "WHO HATES YOU IN NORWAY"
His music good theirs some things I like about him he seems very nice and intelligent but still don't think he had any right to kill him he has a family now and channel but got banned and now someone else posts his videos he's been missing from RU-vid I guess a year I think I actually listen to a lot of his videos
Dead is not buried at a church, hes just buried in a cemetery near a church in this apart of Stockholm. As a matter of fact, I do remember seeing some Muslim graves in that same cemetey. I had to walk through a Kyran on the way there.
Can we stop glamourising dead’s behaviour and ideas? He wasn’t cool, he was unstable and disturbed. Yes the bands music was fucking awesome but nothing about Dead was glamorous or cool.
He want unstable he just loved death he was morbid that's all not everyone loves life yes still a bit shocking and well he was depressed about posers taking over blkmetal who knows who really knows
